Our Summer in Baker

We had a lot of fun in Baker while daddy was at Navy training.
I didn't do the best job with taking pictures of all of the fun things we did... but here we go!
Tallin loves to play with his cousins.
We went out to La Grande for Kingston's blessing and
went over to Greg and Kacey's after.

Kingston got a LeBron James jersey, Kacey let Tallin try it on.

We went to the Circus in La Grande before Zack left.
Tallin had so much fun and did so awesome sitting down for so long.
We had to take him walking only once.

The tigers.

Love my cute family!

Before we took Zack to the airport, we went and fed the geese.

The momma geese were very protective of their babies.

These two are my everything! I sure do love them.

Cute boy!

This picture was taken at the airport before Zack left us for a whole five weeks!!
It was a lonely and sad 2 hour drive back to Baker.

I found out that Tallin loves noodles with butter and parmesan cheese.
Just like his mommy!!

You could always count on finding Tallin playing in either the rocks, dirt or wood chips.

Tanner had a 1/2 year old birthday party while we were in town. Tallin was first scared of the pinjada, but then wanted to go touch it after.

Tanner loved his cake!

While I was staying in Baker City, OR my parents visited Rexburg, ID.
It was about a 6 hour drive to get there so we met my parents there.
My sister-in-law drove and went and hung out with her family, while I hung out with mine.
It took us 8 hours to get there with four kids.

We went and visited my grandma at her assisted living home.
She sure is getting old but we love her.
Tallin was scared of her at first haha.

Tallin was not sure about sitting on her lap.

We went and saw Yellowstone.
This picture was taken right before my mom tripped and fell with Tallin.
It was scary! But she saved him and he barely hit the ground.

Tallin got to have a play date with one of his friends in Rexburg. They are only a couple of months apart. They were giving each other hugs goodbye. Brigston's dad was Zack's MTC companion.

Tallin LOVED playing in the mud.
I let him explore and do what he wanted.
He sure misses playing outside right now. It is way too hot here to go to the park.

We had so much fun having the 4th of July with all of the Baxter cousins.
Bosty loves Tallin so much. She was so cute with him.

The boys hanging out!

Papa treated us to a ride in the pig.

All of the cousins together for the 4th of July!

I put together a little craft for the kids to make American flags.
I am bummed I forgot to take a picture of his final project.

Working on his American Flag.

We made star cookies!
Tallin was too young to decorate them, so he just ate one instead.

We had so much fun in Baker hanging out with cousins and family.
Thank you so much Greg and Karen for letting me stay with you the whole time Zack was gone!
