(April) Our last month as a family of 4

On April 3rd we picked up grandma Baxter from the airport.
The boys were so excited to have her be here for the month.

That day we also had Karen watch the boys so Zack could take maternity pictures of me.

After we took pictures we went to the temple and walked around.
The boys love the temple so much!

The next day we went to the mall and AJ passed out in the stroller before we even got to the play area.

The boys loved watching the train go around the kids play area.
They would run and hurry and stick their hands out so the driver would give them a high five.

Since we were just waiting around for this little lady to come, I decided to treat myself to a pedi.
It was so nice to just relax and get my feet done.
Thanks to Karen for watching the boys while I did.

Zack's rotation for the month was super layed back.
We got so lucky he had so much time off.
He was around a lot. I was not complaining.

Tallin got to go on a special walk with daddy before bed.
They went and looked at the stars outside.

Grandma left on Friday for her moms funeral and Tallin had his first soccer game on that Saturday.
He was so excited and looked so cute in his soccer clothes.

This is one of my favorite pictures.
That smile kills me.

They learn a new skill before every game and it usually includes a game.
He is playing red light green light with his ball.

Since Tallin did so good at soccer we went and got ice cream cones at McDonald's.

I was sitting on the couch one day and Tallin comes over to me and covers my belly with a blanket and says Kenna was cold. It was pretty cute!

These boys always look so handsome for church.

One of the boys favorite things to do is read books with grandma Baxter.
She always picks out the best books.

Zack needed us to take his iPad out to him for his rotation one day, so we made a morning of it.
We went to Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time and got some bundt cakes. Then we took them to the park.
They were so good! But not something to buy all the time because they are pricey.

Aj found a puddle to play in. I told him no and he looks at me with a smile and jumped right in.
Of course that is my Aj!

The boys also went on lots of walks with grandma Baxter.
Tallin wanted to scare her one day.

Grandma Baxter also taught joy school for me and was pretending to be a pig in this picture. haha

Aj kept pulling on his ears, so I decided to take him into the doctor.
Of course he had another ear infection.
We treated him to a Taco Bell icey because he deserved it.

We also went to Albertson's to get a couple of things and he got to ride in the fire truck.
We were killing time while we waited for his prescription.

The boys and I also showed grandma our favorite library.
There are so many fun things to do at it.

Aj always plays so hard and passes out in the car on the way home.

Zack and I decided to go on a date night because we hit the day that I was pregnant the longest I have ever been. We went to Bj's and splurged.

After we ate we went and walked around the outlet malls right next to it.
We found this cool American flag to take a picture by.
I was 39 weeks in this pictures.

Tallin is a crack up and said he was super man in this picture.

My ward had a playgroup, so we went to it.
The boys love going to the park.

These cute brothers love playing trains.

We went to the mall again and Zack came with us.
Then grandma treated us to Dairy Queen.

Another day we went to a pet store and looked at all of the pets.
 The boys loved it!

Then on the 18th baby Kenna arrived. : )

On the 20th Aj got his tubes. He did so great!
I felt so bad that I couldn't be there for him when he got out of surgery, but daddy was there.

Kisses for baby Kenna.

They are already sharing their toys with her.
Aj brought her this baby doll.

Shes taking after her brothers and hates having her hands swaddled down.

This picture makes my heart happy.

Zack gave Kenna her first sponge bath.

Lets just say she was not a fan of it.

Grandma does such a great job with the boys.
They adore her.
She took them outside and read them stories.

"Mommy can I hold baby Kenna?" He said that a lot her first week here.

Kenna had her first doctor appointment and was a champ!

Aj loves to give the monkey loves and kisses.

Just a week old and she was already trying to roll over when I chang her diaper.

This is what Tallin's 3rd soccer game looked like.
He ended up just sitting and watching his team play.

Walks with daddy and grandma are the best.

Kenna and I joined in on one of the walks.

This little dude is now 18 months and gets to be in nursery.
To say that he enjoys nursery would be a understatement.

More stories with grandma.

Kenna's first real bath.

Kenna also got to play outside with the boys one day.

She finally got to wear her going home from the hospital outfit.

Aj Loves her!

I needed to get out of the house one day, so I went with the boys and Karen to the park.

Oh look at that belly!

The boys LOVE bubbles!!

This was the night before grandma left.
We were so sad to see her go!

I am so lucky to have such a great mother-in-law that will take over and be mom to my little boys while I recover. The boys adore her and have so much fun with her. Thanks for staying with us for a month Karen!!
