Tallin got his 6th tooth a couple of days after he turned 10 months. He also got his first high fever, which lasted 6 days. That was the longest six days ever! I felt so bad for the little guy. He was so grumpy the whole time too. On top of the fever he got a really bad cold. He was so congested you could hear it in his throat when he coughed. Then the week after he got the stomach bug. The beginning of this month was not the best for him.
Tallin knows when he is not supposed to do something. For example I don't let him play with my phone. I was watching TV and I just took my phone from him ten minutes earlier and I was looking at the TV and then glanced at him. He gave me this big grin, looked at the phone, dropped it fast, and then hurried and crawled to daddy to save him. Haha it was so funny. I could not stop laughing and it was so adorable. He is just so cute!! Sometimes he is hard to get mad at.
One day I was letting Zack sleep in because it was the weekend and I brought Tallin in the living room to play. I layed on the ground to close my eyes for a few minutes. All of a sudden I heard a pounding and Tallin was knocking on the outside of our bedroom door saying, "dada dada dada". It was the cutest thing ever. He sure loves his dad.
Tallin loves to be outside. He would stay outside all day if we would let him. When we go for walks and start to head home and get to the door, Tallin starts crying. It is so funny because he does not want to go back inside.
He loves to crawl under legs and chairs and will just do it over and over. He entertains himself for sure.
He has a new love of playing in forts. We will put a blanket on an end table and he will have fun crawling under it and playing. It's pretty cute!
He is standing by himself now! I am hoping he will be walking a few days before his birthday. But I am betting it will be after he is one.
Tallin still loves to play peek-a-boo and to look at himself in the mirror. He will just start laughing at himself.
He loves blueberries, strawberries, pears, mangos, and peaches. Tallin does not like chicken nuggets, veggies, and eggs so far.
He is also a super stubborn baby! If he does not want to do something he will cry and arch his back when I pick him up. I wonder who he gets that from........(me) poor kid. lol
Zack taught Tallin to do something super cute. When he gets home from school we meet him on the patio and he takes Tallin to the front door. He has taught him how to knock on the front door and Tallin loves it. It is the cutest thing ever. It is also cute because Tallin knows that after his second nap daddy gets home from school. So when he wakes up he gets excited and will crawl to the sliding glass door and say dada. He doesn't do it right away but does it before he gets home. It is super cute. He sure loves his dad.
