Time Is Flying By!

We have been having so much fun this month!

We enjoyed having dad around before Med school starts on August 5th.

We had a lot of fun at Danni's wedding.
I also got to see a bunch of kids I taught while I worked at Kindercare.
They all have a special place in my heart and I LOVED seeing them at the wedding.

She got to spend some time with us too.
Tallin would just look up and stare at her in awe.

Erik waited 2 days to open up his mission call.
He wanted everyone to be there for when he opened it.

Erik got called to the Philippines Bacolod Mission. He leaves on December 4,2013. He will be speaking Hiligaynon. He is super excited and we are excited for him!
Looks like we will be celebrating Christmas in November.   

On Monday we went to the beach.
Tallin passed out for a little bit. He loved listening to the waves crash.

We were sun bathing.

Tallin was not too sure about the sand. 

He was okay with the water at first.
Then Zack and I sat in the water with him and after a couple of waves came and hit him, he was done.

It was funny a couple of people were staring at us while we took some family pictures.
They kept talking about Tallin's hair.
I think we get this EVERYWHERE we go.
Zack and I were talking about it and if all of our kids have hair like Tallin, hearing about it is going to get so old. HaHa.

Before we left to head back to Arizona grandma treated us to Home Town Buffet.
My grandma used to always take us there when we visited and I wanted to try it out again.
I have to say it is NOT as good as I thought.
But Tallin sure enjoyed the soft serve ice cream.
He kept grabbing for it when Zack got close.
He is going to be just like mommy and LOVE ice cream. 

Well I am happy to say that we will NOT be going on any other vacations anytime soon.
We are vacationed out and so is Tallin.
The next vacation that Tallin and I  will be taking will be in October when my brother Brett gets home from his mission in Japan.
I can't wait for him to meet Tallin.
Only 8 more days until Zack starts orientation for Med school.
Time is sure flying by.
