Thanksgiving in California

The day after Karen left we drove out to California for Thanksgiving.
Zack drove out with the boys and I and then he flew home that weekend after Erik had his homecoming talk.
We thought that he was going to have to work the day after Thanksgiving.
But he ended up not having too and flew back out to drive back with me.

We had to wait for Zack to take a test before we left on Friday to head to California.

Aj enjoyed the cookie he got on our drive.

He is never happy when he gets woken up from a nap.

Oh I just love little Hudson boy!
He is so cuddly and I took advantage of it.

We took family pictures while we were home.
We didn't get a good one because of the lighting but oh well.
After we took them we went to Costco.

Tallin LOVED playing with my cousins kids.
It was so cute!!

Aj loved playing with the stools at my parents house. He did get his head stuck under at one point.

He was not happy to be on time out.

These two love each other so much and it's so cute!!

This is what I look like most of the day if I am laying down.
They both have to come try and lay on me.

I love this cute thumb sucker.

We went to Walmart and Aj sure enjoyed it.

He is going to be our builder. He likes to stack cans on top of each other.

One morning while we were there my cousin Jackie made my grandmas awesome waffles.
All of the kids loved playing together.

After we ate breakfast we went to the park.
Tallin had fun learning how to push people on the swing.
He looked so cute doing it!

These two are only a couple of months apart.
I can't wait till Hudson starts to walk and they can play together.

My little dare devil!

While we waited for Kari to get done doing hair, my mom went out and got us In-N-Out!

Playing swords.

After Kari got home we went to Jump Street.
The boys loved jumping on all of the trampolines and in the foam pit.

As you can tell getting a picture of them jumping is hard!

After the trampoline park we went bowling.
Tallin enjoyed it at first and then got bored of it.
But he was so cute bowling.

Aj needed a nap while we bowled because he was a grumpy pants, so I stuck him in the carrier and bowled with him on my back.

Oh man Tallin's face is so cute!

Tallin enjoyed some chips while he waited for his turn to bowl.

Two strikes in a row with AJ on my back!

Zack surprised the boys and came back for Thanksgiving.
We didn't think he was going to be able too because his office worked that day.
But the Dr. he had rotations with had the day off.

It was kind of nice to have the boys sleeping when we ate Thanksgiving dinner.
But we saved them food and AJ went to town eating.

Tallin on the other hand pushed his food away and refused to eat it.
That did not surprise us though.

We made these cute little hats.
Aj did not want to keep it on.

For dessert we went over to Kari's parents house and had it with them.
Then took Tallin to see the Good Dinosaur.
He was in heaven and loved it!

After the movie we went and looked at the big Christmas tree.

Blake's family had to head back to Idaho and we had a couple of more days left in California, so we went to San Diego for the day.
Zack got to take Tallin on a big ship for free since he is in the military.
Tallin LOVED IT!

Tallin also loved pretending to be a pirate.
He was so cute!

AJ also loved looking at the ships and the water.
If he had it his way he would of jumped overboard.
This little boy sure scares me sometimes.

After we went and saw the ships we went to look at the temple lights.
Tallin was in heaven. He loves Christmas lights.
He loved hugging all of the status.

One of my cousins got married and had In-N-Out at her wedding.
It was awesome!!

The day before we left we celebrated Christmas with my parents.
The boys loved their presents they got!

Tallin is obsessed with fire trucks, so he loved this toy.

We had so much fun in California, but were excited to start Christmas tradition back home.
